Dublin Middle School's faculty and staff are committed to setting high expectations for all students by providing challenging and rigorous academic opportunities balanced with strong supportive systems.5th Grade Academy

To ensure the transition to middle school is a smooth one, Dublin Middle School is proud to have its own 5th Grade Academy. Complete with its own wing, the 5th Grade Academy affords students with the opportunity to try every connections class, including art, band, chorus, physical education and theatre.

Extracurricular Opportunities

With a full array of athletics, Dublin Middle Schoolers represent the Fighting Irish in Baseball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Cross Country, Golf, Football, Tennis, Track, Soccer, Softball and Wrestling. Additionally, students have the opportunity to participate in the National Junior Beta Club, Student Council, GEMs, the Million Words Reader Club and Chess Club.

At Dublin Middle School, our motto is Strong Roots, New Growth.  Each month has its own theme week dedicated to exploring a historical, social/emotional or college and career ready topic.  For the 2023 - 2024 school year, examples included:  No Bullying Week, College Week, Career Week, Family Engagement, Week, Black History Week and Irish Week.
